The role itself requires someone who is confident working in a standalone role within an ever changing environment. As Bookkeeper you will need to be able to take the accounts to trial balance and prepare accounts for audit. This experience must be evident in your CV.

You will also be dealing with purchase and sales invoices, VAT returns and general accounts administration.

Technically the right person must be able to show good commercial knowledge of Sage Line 50, Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Commercial Underwriter

Our client is an established blue chip organisation located in the Kings Hill area and we are searching for an experienced Commercial Underwriter on their behalf.

Applicants will need at least 2 years Commercial Underwriting experience, and ideally have some experience of working on policy and wordings.

8. Assistance with the preparation of quarterly Audit Committee reports
9. Review of Commercial audit team reports for financial implications
10. Review and testing of business unit Peer reviews.

You will need to be a great communicator and have lots of empathy within this role. Working in a target driven environment working towards achieving your personal and team targets.

If you are successful you will subjected to a full credit check. All candidates will need to supply five years proof of address and five years employment referencing details. Only upon passing all checks will you be offered a position.

Hours are Monday – Friday between 8am – 8pm and the occasional Saturday – 9am – 12pm
